These are the Jetour Dashing club milestones that turned two owners comparing notes on a Facebook thread into a community JETOUR itself invites onto the stage. In a little over a year, four moments trace that journey.
JETOUR Global Fan Festival & Kaifeng Plant Visit — August 2025
Just a few months after the club’s WhatsApp group started filling up, JETOUR China extended an invitation few brand-run owners’ clubs get this early: a seat at the JETOUR Global Fan Festival, plus a tour of the manufacturing plant in Kaifeng where the Dashing is built. It was JETOUR’s first real acknowledgement of the Malaysian community — a community the brand didn’t create and doesn’t run, and the first of the club milestones that would follow.
2025 Malaysia Sarong Music Run, KLCC — September 2025
The following month, club members turned out to represent the Dashing at the JETOUR-partnered 2025 Malaysia Sarong Music Run in KLCC — the club’s first visible presence at a JETOUR-branded event on home soil, and an early sign that the Kaifeng invitation wasn’t a one-off.
Genting Highlands Convoy — JETOUR Malaysia Club Launch — February 2026
In February 2026, the club joined JETOUR Malaysia’s convoy up to Genting Highlands for the launch of JETOUR’s own official Malaysia Club — driving alongside the brand it had spent the past nine months building an independent following for. It’s a fine distinction worth repeating: this owners club and JETOUR’s official Malaysia Club are two different things, on good terms with each other.
KLIMS 2026 — Recognised as “JETOUR Family”
Later that year, the club was invited on stage at KLIMS 2026 in MITEC as an officially recognised community — described by JETOUR itself as part of the “JETOUR Family.” By this point the WhatsApp group had grown past 500 verified owners, and the verification rule that started it all was still the rule.
